Welcome to the Le Zwaans Home Owners Association Website where you can find up to date information concerning your Complex, this being  Zwaans, Auriga and Corona Mews.

Our Complexes offers all the benefits of community living in a Retreat / Zwaanswyk Southern Suburbs setting with beautiful established gardens, within quick driving distance to the Blue Route Mall, Constantia Village Mall as well some popular schools like Sweet Valley Primary, Bergvliet Primary and Zwaanswyk High School to name a few.

The units vary from three bedroomed single storey units to three bedroomed double storey free standing homes, with varying floor plans.

The three phases were built between 2004 – 2006.

It is imperative to understand that Le Zwaans Home Owners Association is responsible for the upkeep of the Common Property (fence, gates, etc) of these phases, and will always seek to ensure that the basic services are delivered.

Our Notice Board will be updated after every body corporate meeting where we will keep you informed on important decisions made, as well as rules that have not being adhered to.

As owners and tenants it is imperative that you know the complex’ rules and adhere to them at all times.  It is very important that the Le Zwaans phases are properly maintained, so as to secure your investment and also for it to grow in equity.  Please download the complex rules and familiarize yourself with these.
